This is the first day of our three-day midterm exam. Oh my God! The greatest challenge on me this day is that the most challenging subjects for me is on the same day! I don not know how to manage my studying in this situation.
The day before the exams, I really felt out of our house. It is because I felt I am inside the Science book and imagining all what I have read in Science and Math books, especially Math. I felt that I am inside a certain place and full of num bers.
The day has come! It is our midterm exams day. In the first hour in the morning in the school, I was really in panic in studying my first test. But I could not really concentrate in studying because of my classmates discussing the Korean dramas in ABS-CBN especially “Princess Hours”. Of course the idol of many teenagers nowadays are Kim Chui and Gerald Anderson in their soap opera “Sana Maulit Muli”. There talk was very tempting to be listened because of missing those last night. I can’t really help myself in listening such talks. What I had done is I studied fastly but of course, accurately. Then I joined their talks and some sort of chit chat about our classmates’ crushes and boyfriends.
I will be honest, sometimes we can’t help ourselves expressing our impressions of a person, or in short backbiting. I can’t really help myself getting in touch of those things. Of course as a person I should express my feelings through different ways. And for me the best to express it to other people, people who understand you and your personality. Just like a group of best friends, Jayza, Kevin and Jea. The three of those are friends, but backbiting each other, and does not know that they are backbited by each other, and still friends. It just seems that nothing happened. They are still in their normal friendship life. Hayy!! That is really life.
Back to our midterm, the bell will be rang t 8:00 a.m so, I still have an extension of 30 minutes for studying my second exam. When the bell rang, I was not shocked for the arrival of the second year students in our room because it is our usual job during exams, to exchange homerooms to avoid cheating in the exams. Our proctor told us to keep away our bags and other things like notes and books.
When the exams started, first I got my very effective weapon during exams…PRAYER of course when I received the testpaper I said, “This is it!”, just to remind that this is already a Periodical Test, so I must struggle for my grades. In the midst of the questions, I found the first subject easy, but still I forgot few things, but most of it I assured right. That’s why in the next exam I felt more confident in answering the questions.
So, that is my midterm exams day experience. Thank you for viewing my blog! See you on my next entry!
